First we thought about a restaurant in Torrelodones which would have something particular, for example we thought of having an aquarium instead of normal walls to get the attention of the costumers, specially the children´s one, so they can tell their friends about us. We had also thought about offering cheap prices, then the families wouldn´t have to worry about wasting a lot of money, but the aquariums are too expensive to make this possible.
1.2 IDEA´S JUSTIFICATION:
At first we considered that the idea of aquarium walls would atract many people because it´s something quite new. Our objective was to create a haute cousin restaurant that could deal with the highlights of the cooking´s world. We finally decided to discard the idea knowing that in Torrelodones, the hospitality´s market is completely covered. And logically, right now it isn´t a good idea to start an expensive restaurant, because of the economic situation of our country. We searched for news or ideas of other restaurants to adjust quality food at affordable prices (http://www.heraldo.es/noticias/gastronomia/2013/10/01/alta_gastronomia_precios_anticrisis_madrid_exquisito_251257_1311024.html ), but we were still considering that it had to be a large investment, and we weren´t sure that it was going to atract the quantity of costumers we needed to be profitable in a future.
